Delay for entering USA after GC Maybe I dont know the procedure now. Somebody please clarify and answer my question. 1. He goes to Consulate for interview. What does he get? Not GC, then what; Stamp on passport. 2. When does he need to enter USA?

I have sponsored for my brother and he has got his interview in Delhi. Hoping that he will get GC, how long can he delay coming to USA. He needs some time in India as he has business to wind up. Is there a time-period by which he needs to be here in USA? Please advise. Thanks in advance
