Hey dv, congrats on the win, my advice to you is that, USCIS do expedite cases towards the end of the fiscal year, but there is no expediting for background checks like FBI name check, so its really a toss up, there is no real difference between AOS and CP if your case number is high it depends on the speed of your USCIS field office during AOS or your embassy during CP. So just do whichever is convenient for you, and hope your lucky.
