Hello folks, I have taken up a new job 3 months ago. My passport has "old" employer H1 stamping until July 2007. Can I visit India :) and come back with my "old" employer H1 stamping and "new" employer I797 original (i.e. "without" having to visit the consulate for new stamping)...
