I am sponsoring my step son for a green card. They approved the 1-130 and now I got a notice asking for a $380 fee to continue processing. What happens at this point? Does he get info to apply for a VISA in Kiev? Is there a time limit on that VISA? I couldn't find any easy found info on this!

I lost my AP document. Now what? I must travel Mar 1. Is it true that I must reapply? Even though they must have record of the prior approval on record? What if I leave then deal with it while in Ukraine? Can they issue a document at Embassy to allow reentry to USA?
