hello all, I applied for I360 VAWA back in October of 2008 and just got it approved today.I am glad it was approved specially that I am a man, with a misdemeanor( set up from ex wife(usc) and her friend). My case was built good, and I had a lot of proof ( emails, police reports, letter from her Mom, etc.)
I was married from oct 2002 to mar 2010. Filed for ADS IN SEPT 2007 .At the interview, wife lied that she did not know basic info about me . I 485 was denied. I filed I 360 after getting denial letter when I realized that wife wanted me deported Been divorced since march 2010, but of course i LOST the house..I paid about 80% of it. . Ex is still thinking i will get deported.
In approval letter. they also told me that my I 485 was transferred to the NBC Does anyone knows what s next after I 360 is approved and transferred to NBC,what s next and how long before I hear anything from NBC?
Can I go after ex for enforcement of I 864? If yes how?
Any advice is welcome. TY
