My cousin H1 was revoked on Apr\'2000, after enquiry it got reapproved on Dec\'2001. The validity of the H1 is Feb\'2000 to 23/Mar/2002 only, that means he got approximately 50 days valid H1 visa petition. If he go for stamping what would be the chances to get H1 visa.
