Hi all, I am sending my I-140, but I am not quite sure if I should put an old A# I had back when I had OPT for one year in 2000. I have read that when other people have done this they are given new numbers anyway. At any rate does anyone know if I should write it? Thanks in advance,

Thanks Bjorn for your response, That is the most logical option for me too (though I don't know if USCIS acts always logically). Hopefully, as you said, somebody around here has done this and can help me.

Hi everyone, I have an urgent question! I am filing I-485 concurrently with I-140 under NIW (without lawyer). On part 2 shouled I choose a or h and explain that I am filing concurrently and thus I have no I-140 approved yet? thanks,
