AOS pending Son 21years completed
Me and My wife and two sons got EAD, Finger Printing done & AP received before my Elder one completed 21 years. My attorney asked to file F1 for him and COS got approved . He got SSN Based on AOS EAD He was studying in Maryland for last 7 years. Is it necessary to file F1 for him...- dpgrao
