When my final interview, there were, DHS attny, my attny, IJ and two of my friends in the Court room. Yeah, i got the decision after the interview. I'm so sorry, i really have no idean on this master hearing thing. Did you have an attny?

Thanks a lot down4u, though i m late in replying.....m vry thankful to u for ur info.Was the interview more trickier than AO & who all r thre in d court interview?so, wat i understand now is decision is generally gvn at d end of interview itself, right?.But 1 more thing, though i went for master hearing on sep 08, they called me again on may'09 but it was written as master hearing again in the letter & not final hearing.So, cud u gv me any more ideas if master hearing will be called as individual hearing or final hearing coz IJ only confirmed my name & address on tht day & after checking out calender gave me time for may;09....

Hi Down4u, cud u tell me ur experience at court with IJ, how long it lasted, is the interview same as with AO? Also tell me plz if i wud be questioned by both IJ & DHS attorney? Do the IJ promptly gives decision there n then? Since u r experienced, any idea will be appreciated.I understand u hv been approved by IJ. THANX
