Well, in most cases it takes maximum 2 weeks. But sometimes more (like in my situation) and I have no idea why

Is there any specific FORM for such request? Or I can just write, for example: ...guys I'd like to know what is my current case status and bla bla bla... :confused::confused::confused:

I was interviewed on June, 29. Two weeks later I come to USCIS office for decision and they tell me that officer hasn't made a decision yet and that I will get it by mail. I asked how long it's gonna take. They were like We don't know. This uncertainty is just killing me. So, how can I request...
