Since my sister will also have to file I-864 (affidavit of support), if my parents file I-485 in Seattle, does it matter they are not living with my sister, who originally filed I-130?

Thanks for LucyMo's quick reply. Here is another question: Instead of filing I485 in Chicago, would it delay the application time in Seattle? I read in another thread suggesting it'd better to keep filing 485 at the same local office.
