Hi, My visa expires on Nov 3. My I-94 date is stamped till Nov 13. I have applied for H1-B extension on Sep10th. I haven't received any acknowledgement as yet. Can I leave USA without having an acknowledgement in hand after Nov 13th which is the I-94 date ? Thanks, Divya
