Help..I am on F-1 and my OPT expires on April 4, 05 (minus 60 days grace)..i was planning to apply H-1 in 20K Category...but that looks like a distant possibility because they haven't started...my wife is on H-1 so should i go in on H-4 and also can i work in my 60 days grace period...pls...
