I have a question about L1B to H1B transfer. I got H1B stamped on Sep2008 from an employer in US, but immediately after 1 month i got L1B stamped from my Indian employer. At the time of L1B stamping, US ambessy in India didn't cancel my H1B visa and similarly immigration officer in US also didn't cancel, but during custom they mark cross with pen on my H1B visa. I want to know my H1B visa/petition is still valid or not?
