Hi, I too have the same question, after applying the H1 in normal process can i change it to premium processing.After approval can i travel to India, if i travel do i need to go for stamping before entering to USA before 1st Oct.Can anyone please answer my questions as soon as possible.Thanks.

Hi, Can anyone please clarify my doubt regarding travelling outside USA when H1 is under process...can i travel outside USA when my H1 is under process, i f so do i need to stamp it before comming to USA.If not what are the other possibilities through which i can travel. Thanks in Advance.
