485 is in process for my wife and I. Filing date is end of 2002. My wife is expecting.We would like to have a baby in India. We will not be h1/h4 at that time. How can you get the baby into the US. Can I apply for 485 for the baby after its born and travel with a AP?. Your thoughts please?.
