EAD Transferred to Local Office

My EAD Renewal application has been transferred to Local Office after two months of recipt. My Current EAD Expire June 2nd.?? Any thougts why this?

EAD Case Transferred to Local Office

Folks My EAD is expiring on June 2nd . I did apply for a renewal in March 2003. I checked the status online, it says that EAD case have been transferred to Local Office? Any idea what it means?? Thoughts welcome please? Vermont 485 RD April 2002
