Hi, I got courtsey notice from INS that my labor is approved but my lawyer hasn't received originals for more than 30+ days. Is it normal? what's processing time of INS to send original to lawyer? If my labor is approved does my I-140 has to be filed more than 365 days before my H1 expiry...
