Hi Decks: I am having same issue which came to know recently when my I 140 got approved. Can you suggest me the best way to correct this?
1. Is it better to file correction to EB2 on existing LABOR/I-140 approved(EB3)
2. File new LABOR, I140 under EB2, then port the priority date after it get approved
3. Is there any other best solution?
