I will be filing 485s (based on a concurrent I-140 application) for my wife and I, and we will also be applying for EAD and AP. The 131 form seems fairly straightforward, but do we need to provide an explanation of circumstances for AP on a separate letter?

Has anyone out there recently filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently at the NSC? How long did it take for them to send a receipt after mailing the application? Any experiences would be appreciated!
