Anybody here has labor applied for Market Research Analyst through RIR? Just wanted to see what your views might be on the progress on labor for this specialty. My case is with DOL effective May'03 and the application was EB2 RIR

Thanks a lot. Also, if I wait for DoL to reply back to me and if that's negative and I decide to go back to non-RIR, will the date of June 2002 in my case stay or will my application date chane to the date I actually transfer over to non-RIR?

Hi guys, My Labor was filed in RIR category in June 2002 and the SESA (San Francisco) is currently processing 5/29. So, my guess is that it'll move to DoL shortly. But after hearing so much about the rfe and RIR applications getting rejected, I've been thinking of having another application...
