hey maybe u guys should look at the link i posted on my first comment about him and then reply again, cause u guys are telling me for him to use his documents, but 20 years illegal in the US, all of his "papers" are long expired... i guess they are, im not 2 familiar with these types of things.

Now a new question to add, since he is gonna get married soon, how would they go about doing it? Usually when you get married at the court house they need "info" on the two, don't they? and... If it all does go though, about what kind of ETA is it after filing for a 1-130
