I sent letter ( certified mail with acknowledgement) to david hardley on 19-Feb-2005. However i am not received any response.. until today.. the acknowledment which i received from FBI was not signed by David. :confused: Only god knows.. what needs to be done to fix this whole process.

FBI is not saying anything other writting "sorry we are unable to be of more assistance at this time" :confused: And they are NOT showing any processing timeline either... so we are all just wait .. and see the how FBI kicks balls around name check world. :mad: . Whoever stuck with...

This is for my wife.

I applied EAD for my wife on 02/02/2005. the current EAD Expired on 02/05/2005. She just received very good offer from a company.. however that company is saying they want a valid EAD for the offer letter .. what we can do... do we have any option here.?????
