Not true. USPS sells "Priority Mail Flat Rate stamp". I bought one for $5.60 at the kiosk in a local USPS office, or you can get one from their website. You do need to ask a clerk for a USPS Tracking label (free, as tracking is included in Priority Mail). Put them on an Priority Mail Flat Rate...
