Re: Dont Worry about what your employer says. But becareful about following things: --> make sure you transfer your h1b visa successfully to another company before you left your current employer. if he revoke your h1b it takes INS atleast 2 to 6 months for process that. About complains...

Re: Shikha, I would suggest there might be a problem as your study field is totally different than you gonna work on. But in some way if you can show INS that your job required ur BS degree and experience you have then it shouldnt be problem. I would suggest consult your lawyer before you do...
