Start writing a word and it will just continue. You'll be surprised you have already finished a paragraph. A small step, as you think is already a big leap for the next wonderful step. Writing for instance has just begun as a hobby but suddenly became a habit. In a day, try practicing to write one long paragraph. Tomorrow that will be two long paragraphs. Practice makes perfect. Don't mind it if they say nobody is perfect, because it's not you that is supposed to be perfect but what you are writing.
