so what do u reccomend me to do in this situation?any ideas?

i was a permanent resident 10 years but i didnt get citizenship because i wasnt old enought. im also a PR here in israel. i was born in estonia,when i was 3 years old i left for usa with my parents.

I came to the the USA in 1989 as as a refugee with my family. lived in the US 10 years as a permanent resident,after my parents brought me to Israel against my will.And right now im suffering here already 10 years. My will is to return to the states. What can i do to return?
