IIO: I140 misplaced in "outside facility"
No Title Do you think INS really need to review I-140 orinial files(I140 orgonial application materials) before they make decision on I485 case? If I140 was approved by one service center but I 485 was sent to another service center but accepted. Will it cause delay? Thanks for advise.- cyoung
