Troy,
For PERM, I didn't provide my B.S. diploma either. I only provided my Ph.D transcript and diploma. I got my labor certificate without any problem. Hopefully, it should be ok for I-140.
Troy,
Based on my experience, my attorney didn't ask my BS diploma when I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently. I only was only asked for my copy of my PHD diploma and a sealed transcript from my school. Hopefully, this will help you out.
Thanks belacut.
I didn't have chance to see my I-140 form and didn't know which one the attorney select. The attorney told me she filed in EB2. However, she screwed up my case and delay for more than one year. Honestly, I didn't trust her.
My SOC is 17-20051(Structural Engineer). Job...
I keep seeing everybody mentioned EB2 or EB3. I checked my Labor Certificate and didn't find where this information came from. Can anyone tell me how I can find I am EB2 or EB3 from LC? BTW, I have US doctorate degree. But my job requires min. is bachelor. Thank you.
