    Using Advance Parole. Please suggest.

    :confused: Company A did my green card processing. My 140 is approved and My I485 is pending for 2 yrs. As company A went out of business, I moved to Company B on EAD. I am planning to travel to India next month using Advance parole. I have valid AP until Sep 2006. I haven't filed AC-21 yet...
