Thank you! So the restrictions of 90 days apply only to employment based EAD or is that a myth too?

Hi, I have filed for a family based green card. How soon can I change my job after my EAD gets approved. I hear that you can not change jobs for 90 days after your EAD is approved when filed through your employer. Does this hold good for Family based EADs too? Thanks
