    I called the NVC this morning and talked to the operator. They said my case was completed on May 17, '05 and that I won't get the P4 till they get some new visa numbers. I never heard of this before but apparently they're out of visa numbers and waiting for a new list of numbers and they don't...

    Hi, My lawyer mailed the packet 3 paperwork to the NVC at the end of May 2005. Any idea when I should expect to get packet 4 based on past experiences? Thanks! CG
