delayed packet 3 filing permitted? Gurus, please help!
Due to my unique circumstances, I have not yet filed my packet 3 which I received an year before (Dec 2000 for Montreal). Can anyone please clarify if filing the packet 3 is permitted now or would it have become expired due to any time limitations. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance! -
