    Hi, I'm a guy from Rome Italy, i'm waiting a Immigrant visa from the consulate of Naples. On July 19 NVC completed my case and sent to the Consulate. It is very unclear at this point how long it will take for me to receive my work visa (E3). I don't know at all what is this retrogression...
