Hello All, I need opinions here. I have an approved EAD on Eb3 with 2006 priority. My company is ready to file my Eb2 perm . Once Eb2 perm and 140 is approved, they will interfile my 485 and convert Eb3 into Eb2 keeping the PD same as of Eb3. Now perm is taking longer time than usual and...
