hi i m applying for second time re-entry permit due my medical problems. i met a heart attack last year and now on regular medication. I dont have any medical insurance to cover up my medical bills or medication in USA. i met heart attack while i was in my country,i.e outside USA.My medical and medication in country is free. i have to get a check up on quarterly basis in my country. So, i want to ask that should i write in reason medical problems.
