    AVM I started listening to my AVM by mid June. The message was then sthg like: "your fingerprints results were received on april bla bla bla and processing was resumed". I has always been the same until yesterday. I don't think it is an isolated case, there should definitely be more and more...

    additional info The "Priority Date" box of my I-485 notice is empty. As for the category, I'm not sure which is higher between EB-1 and EB-3 (depending on how they count), but for sure I applied in the lowest category.

    (3rd try, the sites keeps on asking for log-in...) on July 30th ! My info: RD:11/06/01 ND:11/21/01 FP: 04/02/02 Approval: 07/30/02 no application for EAD Good luck to you all guys, this forum is of great help !
