Hey all Details:EB3 India I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently under schedule A in sept 2005 Got 1st EAD oct 2005 I-140 approved in 2005 RFE rcvd and sent in april 2006 Had to go for biometrics 3 times since and renewed EAD 4 times applied for AP in jan 2009 and awaiting approval As per...- clark204
