No, not disable. Just had an operation 4 years ago and by documents is invalid. But feels perfectly fine and works.

Is it a problem if the person who recieved a documents that he's chosen from the lottery and is going to have his interview soon is an invalid (operation of the heart to be precise), everything else with the documents and expectations is perfect. What is the usuall response? Is it a problem...
