Eligibility Question.
I got my PR through employer in 6/2004. I left for my home country in 6/05. I filed my AR-11 with my home country address in 6/05. I returned back to US in Nov05 and then went back to home country in Dec 05. Then I moved back to US in Jan 06.I filed AR-11 with new address in Jan 06.Since then I had 2 short trips outside US. So, when am eligible to apply for citizenship?
For my wife. Its the same but after NOv 05 she left US in Dec05 and returned on 2/6 and went back again on 3/6 and came back on 5/6 . so, when can she apply.
Any ifo is greatly appreciated.
