    Any idea on how long its taking to get the H1 approved and receive the I797 in hand. My present client is planning on filing for my H1 transfer in firstweek of June 02.     US Re-entry on H1-B

    Is there anybody out there who has been applied for a H1 transfer without latest paystubs? If you did get your petition approved but EOS/COS denied........ did you have to re-apply for new stamping in home country?? Any troubles? What are the possible problems on re-entering?
