I hold a refuge travel document and I out out USA before I applied green card when my asylum approved. when was in China I was sick after i was recoveried, my travel document expired, I went to Beijing China USA embassy to applied the refuge travle document, after few months I got immigrtaion denied my green card application, but didn't tell me when will to issure travle document. Please help in my case the immigration could issure travle document or not, if not how could I return to USA, I have been in USa about 16 years.
