I am a British citizen who moved to the USA 2 1/2 years ago. I married a Puerto Rican lady who promised me the world. 3 years later I am homeless, penniless and facing charges of domestic abuse which is all a fabrication. I have a ley 54 order, (restraining order) which is pending against me, all of which is false. I have evidence on Video that shows my wife is a liar and a fraud yet I am unable to do anything to protect my rights. I have applied to Pro Bono, (free legal advice), they haven't issued me with a lawyer who can speak English. I know my wife is legally obliged to support me due to the I-864 but I do not know how to implement this process?. She is abusing the domestic violence ruling here in PR and making a mockery for all the genuine cases. I am going through all the legal channels available to me but 6 months into this nightmare I am no further forward? Can somebody please help me?. Please help me, Chris G.
