consular processing or aos
My 6 year H1 limit expires in 12-2002. My I140 has been approved and I need to decide whether to go for adjstment of status or consular processing. Do you think I have enough time to go for consular processing? Can my H1 be extended if I dont get an interview date before my H1 limit expires...
