To clarify, my employer will be filing the green card & I have Bachelors of Technology - 4 year degree & 6+ years experience in IT field out of which 4+ in USA on H1B

Hi guys, I have to apply for green card, so want to know what are all the steps, what documents I need etc etc. Please help from your experience or guide me to some good site where all the steps are explained. Thanks in advance
