I was on H1 visa. I filed my H1 in 2007 but unfortunately my company lost I-797A.
So company applied for duplicate one. I went to India and I was waiting for my H1 almost 3 months. But I didn't receive my duplicate I797A. So I came on F2 visa and my company cancel my H1 Visa. Now I would like to reissue my H1 visa..
Can i reissue it? What will the process to reissue it? Please reply this if anyone have idea about this?
