So ... I didn't go on Sunday ... rather took a day off today ... drove to the tunnel, crossed into Windsor ... went to the devonshire mall ... came back to the tunnel ... paid the toll ... told the officer that I need a new TN ... he gave me an orange slip ... went inside the office ... in half...

Hi All, Is it mandatory to fill out an affidavit of support I-134, while filing for an H-4 visa application ? or other supporting documents like W-2, Tax return, Pay stubs etc would suffice ? Thanks !

My wife is going to apply for H-4 visa soon. Is it necessary for her to have my name on her passport as husband or her father's name ( as it is on her current valid passport ) will work. Anyone ever had this issue ? Thanks !
