i arrived here in the u.s. last 2008 as a visitors visa...my 1-94 expire december 2008 w/c means that i am now out of status...currently i am now working in a carehome,my employer wants to petition me...do you think it is still possible even if i am already out of status?do i still have a chance?how long do i have to wait for me to have working permit?pls help me attorney,thank you GOD Bless!-Cher
