    EAD delay worried - what are all the options I have ?

    my wife's case was in similar boat last year. We contacted the "USCIS ombudsman", and also the senator. Finally we got the card, after 1 month of cotnacting these agenices.. Not sure whether these sources actually helped. I guess it is still a good thing if somebody from senators office calls...

    Jul-2010 Aug-2010 Sep-2010 - Green Card tracking

    Pd 2005 my PD was 28 Sep 2005. Last week got emails saying "card production ordered" , "welcome letter sent". Now waiting for that to appear in mail... EB2, INDIA, I-140/I-485 filed on 28 Sep 2005.

    EB2 June 2005 Priority Date - Any Update for any of you after the July Bulletin was released

    my PD (EB-2) is 28 Sep 2005. Received email today (7 Jul 2010) saying "card production ordered"
