Working on Valid EAD can i travel out of US
I have a valid L2 visa and working on a EAD. Now in need to go to attend my sisters wedding for a week. so I want to know if I can go to my country and return back to US and work again on the EAD. As my husband on L1 will continue to stay until Dec 2006.- chel

Working on Valid EAD can i travel out of US
Hi, I have a valid EAD and am working with it. I would like to know if I can travel out of US for a week and come back and work on the same EAD. The EAD is valid for next 2 years. Is there any process involved with this ... do I need to inform the USCIS about new I-94 etc ... Thanks, Chel- chel
